With the incorporation of various molding techniques (RTM, VARTM, Bladder, Trapped-rubber,) Vanguard Space Technologies, Inc.' can provide molded enclosures with excellent mechanical properties while maintaining dimensional tolerances and stability. Laminate design and processing optimization provides significant mass savings relative to aluminum with excellent stiffness and an affordable price. Enclosures may be plated or fabricated with metallic foil or mesh for EMI and lightning strike capability.
