- RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING Manufacturer of complex, close tolerance composite structural components using heating platen presses or integrally heated matched metal tools, for controlled and repeatable inner and outer part surfaces using Precision RTM infusion technologies.
- PRECISION PREPREG PROCESSING VSC's Extensive prepreg composites manufacturing capability & personnel allow affordable fabrication of simple to complex high quality components for production or developmental applications with two in-house autoclaves up to 12 ft. in diameter and 30 ft. long, automated pattern cutting machine and laser ply projection equipment. VSC is capable and experienced to support development and full-scale production programs.
- VACUUM ASSISTED RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING Our Patent Pending HyPerVARTM high performance VARTM composites manufacturing process enables affordable fabrication of large unitized structures and aerospace-quality parts using a wide variety of resins. The HyPerVARTM process controls permeability and provides uniform, rapid resin infusion for aerospace quality components. VSC consistently achieves "near prepreg" quality using our HyPerVARTM process.
- COMPOSITE TOOLING VSC has a large 5-axis CNC router for masters mold machining and capability to produce composite lay-up tools.
